The terroir imparts aromas typical of Blanc Fumé (Sauvignon) with a pronounced flinty character.
The palate is harmonious with fine length. The wine will evolve gracefully over 3 to 5 years.
Nuanced yellow fruit aromas may emerge with age.
This cuvée is defined by its aromatic intensity, structure, freshness and length, with persistent fruit notes shaped by the flint-rich clay soils of the upper slopes of Saint-Andelain.
Cellaring potential : excellent for a Loire Valley wine.

This cuvée is drawn from a meticulous selection of flint-rich (silex) soils on the upper slopes of Saint-Andelain, where minerality expresses itself with striking purity and intensity.

Crafted from an even more rigorous selection of grapes, this cuvée benefits from a tailored vinification imparting greater body and refined tannins.
Defined by its aromatic finesse, depth and richness, it is often reserved for fine dining.
Aged for one year in a vaulted cellar with stone columns, this Pouilly-Fumé develops rare complexity and a broad spectrum of flavours.
